Bridgett Sullivan, PCC
Clinical Counselor
I am a licensed clinical counselor who has been working in the field since 2003. I studied at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where I received both my undergraduate (Education) and graduate (School and Agency Counseling) degrees. My experience includes facilitating educational and psychodynamic programs for parents, organizations and employees in addition to providing Employee Assistance counseling, seeing children, adults, groups and couples. I have specialized training in treating posttraumatic stress and am fully trained in EMDR, Flash reprocessing, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused grief treatment. My approach is eclectic and includes but is not limited to person-centered, psychodynamic, solution-focused, mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral therapies. I provide short and long-term treatment. It is both a pleasure and an honor watching client’s internalize coping methods and interventions resulting in their having higher, self-regard and healthier relationships.
