Dementia Support Program

With a focus on patient and caregiver advocacy, I am acting as a Care Coordination Manager for the Dementia Support Complete and Healthy Brains Programs. My goal is to connect with families and meet them wherever they are on their journey to provide the best care and support possible. Starting out as a nursing assistant over 20 years ago, I quickly learned that I have a passion for caregiving. I have had the privilege of serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 12 years specializing in work with adult and senior mental health, dementia, and substance abuse in outpatient, acute inpatient, and long-term care settings.
