Clinical Neuropsychologist
I was born and raised in Cincinnati and graduated from Saint Xavier High School prior to attending the University of Notre Dame where I completed a bachelors degree in psychology. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at St. Louis University in 1994. Upon returning to Cincinnati where with my wife, Kristen, we have raised two daughters, I have worked primarily with older adults consulting in retirement communities and providing neuropsychological evaluations. My current focus and passion is the assessment of cognition and functional capacity in older adults. My expertise is in the diagnosis of various types of cognitive impairment and the crafting of functional recommendations in an effort to maintain individuals' independence, functioning and safety. I strive to provide a supportive and welcoming environment in which to complete these sometimes stressful assessments. Outside of my clinical practice I enjoy spending time with my wife and dachshunds, visiting my daughters out of state, and golfing.
